My 13 month daughter is starting to wake up super early in the morning.
This is her usual schedule
7:30-7:45 wake bottle
8 breakfast solids
8:30-10:30 play
10:30-11 cat nap
11 wake bottle
12 lunch solids
12:30-1:45 play
1:45-3:45 nap
3:45 wake bottle
4-6 play
6 dinner solids
6:45-7:30 play
7:30 bottle
7:45 bed time
She used to nap from 10-11 in the morning, but she was starting to resist her afternoon nap or wake up after an hour, so we've been thinking we need to get rid of the morning nap which is why it's down to 30 minutes now.
She's been waking up anywhere between 5:30-6am though and won't go back down.
Any suggestions??
