Mine go in the dishwasher too. I put the tube thing in the utensil rack, big end down. Bottles go on the tines of the upper rack... all the other pieces go on the nipple basket. I put the tan things in the bottom, just like the nipples go. So far no problems. But you can be sure that now I'll be looking in the nooks and crannies for yucky stuff. Those bottles are great, but they sure are a pain for cleaning and assembling. Nothing worse than putting the bottle together in a fog, only to realize the formula is pouring all over the baby b/c the bonehead mother didn't put all the pieces in!!!

I don't use the Dr. Brown's.  I use the Playtex Drop Ins, but...

I had a little cleaning info.  I've been putting my bottles and accesories in the dishwasher since he was about 1 month because we have a sterilizing cycle.  Who knew??? My hubby pointed it out.  I hated using the steam steriliser.  It was a pain in the butt.  I was only doing one bottle a day of expressed milk, but it was still nice to just pop it in the dishwasher.
