He does have a bit if a snotty nose, so i have given him calpol before BT, he only had 50 mins sleep today at the childminders so it could be fun tonight.

Does the day that i posted look ok for a 12 month old?

Could be that he's feeling a bit off. Day looks pretty good to me to be honest, if you think he's UT you could do BT 15/20 mins later x

Well the night hasnt been all that bad in comparison.

Went off to bed at 7.10 amd then woke at 10.48,3.35,6.04am i fed him then and he fell asleep until 7!
I have asked the childminder to let him have a nap at 12, see what he throws her way today.
Im really hopibg that this will settle soon, im like a zombie most days at work

He is still snotty, but I have discovered 2 more teeth comibg through, he wS blowing out my brain yesterday, being incredibly difficult and the night was pretty bad too. It seem that any teeth come out with snot and once they are out snot just goes....i know it gets better, i know, i know.
Status=just about holding it together mummy

This was yesterday during the day

6.50wu
11.44nap-1.45
6.50BT

He struggle to settle at BT though, was just laying there and crying, which is unusual as he usualy gets up.

On the days Im at home, we have been sleeping together for his nap, when we do it is always 2 hours, im worried about getting him back into the cot, i bet we will revert to 1.20 mins again :(

He was up at 6.20 this morning, as much as I would like to stick to set naps, he will be wacked by 12, wwyd? Go by A time?

So im sticking to the same routine just so he gest used to it, but not sure exactly that is happening, whilst we had a few inproved nights they are now back to normal and the early hours of the morni g are terrible, he is up pretty muc every hour and struggling to fall asleep.

6.20
11.20nap-1.30
6.40Bt

I put him down in his cot for his day nap and he slept for an hour and then easily resettled.
Again crying at BT, he wasnt getting up just lying down and crying. Shall i bring his BT forward, might he be OT because of the one nap adjustement?

I was sure he was a littke OT but this was such a flop, he had 1.30minutes nap today rather than 2, so i thought early BT i will get him to bed 15 min early so he can catch up, he did not want to settle ay all, cried and kept getting up.

7
11.50-1.20
6.42BT

Its one of those days today that im questioning what im meant to be doing with his routine, is getting him onto one nap a mistake, what else can i do to help him sleep. He slept so poorly last night, he was miserable this morning.

Hugs honey it will take a little time to adjust and if teeth are playing up too sometimes no amount of tweaking can help.
If you think he's really OT you could offer a 10 min CN then do nap as normal but personally I'd just carry on with the 1 nap and just bring it a tad earlier and see if he sleeps longer.

My DS doesn't really do an EBT but on the odd occasion I've done a really early one when nights and naps have gone to pot and it will work.x

I wish i had better news and i could say that we are all sorted and on one nap, but thats not the case. os has conjuctivitis, chesty cough, snotty nose and fever, the whole works. So for the past 3 nights i have been up with him pretty much every hour, he has been having 3 naps a day amd sleeping with me at night.
So we will just have to sit this one out and then try again.
When we did have one nap days, the evenings have been pretty difficult, as we barely jave time to have dinner and bath and its BT for him. Its ok on the days when im at home, but on the days he is at the childminders its not really working. Ideally I would like to jave a 13 hour day so 7wu and 8BT, have no idea how to achieve that without OT

os seems to be better, but he is just so sleepy during the day, he is literally falling asleep after 3 hoirs A time, im thrown and confused about this. have we been pushing his A too much to het him to one nap and he is just not ready for it. This sleep deprivation is killing me and we have just found out we are expecting another baby and im petrified that I will have two screaming non sleeping kids!
Help! I need to go back to basics to less A time, im struggling to keep him awake...:(

are you able to do a short nap at the child minders and NNDs when he's at home with you for a while? I think 13 hour days is probably just too long without a nap for an LO just going to one nap. Can your Childminder offer dinner at their house to save you the time for winding down, resting and getting ready for bed when you get home?

Sorry it's tough right now for you both. X
