when does A time start?
« on: February 04, 2013, 19:42:42 pm »
i have a question. if my lo wakes for ex, at 7:30 so i feed her, but she is asleep the entire feed, and for a few minutes after, when is she considered awake? at 7 30 or after the feed? i had a terrible day today with naps, and i think it all started with timing the first nap wrong.
lets just say, its 9:45 pm and lo is still awake!!

i was always under the impression that A time started from when LO's eyes were open, especially when they are very young.how old is your LO?

Yes, you count A from when eyes open :).

Are you sure that she is sleeping through the feed and a bit after that? If you are then I'd count A from the second time she wakes up. But to be sure, you'd need to try both :).
