I agree with Kara regarding cutting the night feed and the day milk too, she is getting more than enough and too much will effect her solid intake.
So just wanted to add, you don't need to see an increase in her food intake on day 1 of reducing or dropping the night milk. It often takes LOs a few days to catch on that they need to take a bit more during the day and that's fine, after a few days, even a week she'll know she needs to increase her day time calorie intake and will get them in her solids meals. LOs reduce their own intake much more than this during teething and then just make up for it afterwards, so expect a similar thing and don't panic if her meals don't massively increase immediately. She won't starve herself.
(and those night feeds I would say are habit of taking on calories in the night rather than hunger, she's big enough to take those calories in the day now).
