Schedule for 7 month old
« on: December 29, 2005, 17:20:09 pm »
My baby girl is going to be 7 months on the first.  She is totally out of schedule after illness and the holidays.  Does anyone have a suggested schedule for her age.  She usually takes short naps...I have tried everything.  I need to get her onto a more structured routine...

Thanks.  I didn't know that was there.  I usally feed my baby bottle and food at the same feeding.  Should I be spacing them out?  It seems like some people are feeding their baby all day...

Well, I wouldn't say "feed all day" - but spreading thing out can help.
Below is a my daughters schedule.  She will be 7 months as well on January 1st.  This schedule has worked best for us lately.
She is a 1hour napper so the 2 hour schedule wasn't working for us.  She is a big girl (17 pounds) so her bottles are a bit larger then yours might be and she is only now eatting more solids.  (Our doctor had us wait until she was 6 months because he just wanted us to.  weird.)
Good luck!

8:00 am Wake & Bottle Feed 8oz
9:00 am  Rice Cereal
10:00 am Nap (normally 1 hour)
12:00 pm Bottle Feed 6 oz & Nap (1hour)
1:00 pm Veggies
3:00 pm Nap
4:00 pm  Bottle Feed 6 oz
5:00 pm Veggies & Fruit
6:00 pm catnap
8:00 pm Bottle Feed 8 oz.
