Hi ladies,
My LO is 17 months and has been on this routine for a while now -
6.45/7 - wake
8 - breakie
11.45ish - lunch
12.30 - 2.45 - LTN
5 - dinner
6.15 - bedtime routine & milk
7 - asleep
This week he has started waking at 6, today was day 4 of it so I know something has to be done before it gets any earlier...
Was wondering if it is best to keep same length nap but make it later, i.e 12.45 - 3 or 1 - 3.15 with maybe a slightly later bedtime?
Or, is it time to cut the nap further? (I say further because I have to wake him every day as it is, he would sleep over 3 hours if left!)
