Lately Ella has just not been herself. I cannot get her to take her full naps, they are shortened, but I can say her night sleep has become very consistent. She is 10wo tomorrow. At this point with her age, what can be affecting her naps during the day? I understand that they usually start at 12 weeks trying to arrange there day sleep, I was not expecting it this early, could this be it? This past week she found her "hands" for the first time and has started chewing them, she is sleeping in a sleep sack (hands are inside as well, but not wrapped tight as they can still come up to her mouth). Please help me understand what is going on, she is sleeping about 11-12 hours night (one night waking), but days seem to be getting bad. As well the past two weekends we have been down at our cottage, she will not nap for the life of her, only at night. We have her on a bed (siderails of course)and I cannot for the life of me come up why she will not nap there? I have changed the direction she slept, etc, she will not nap!!! I have found her looking around like crazy, maybe things are distracting her? PLEASE OH PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEEDBACK

Sleep until 1-2am when wakes up for feeding then sleeps until 6:30-7:30
1.Can I give her a wakeup sleep window from 6:30-7:30 or is it too large?
2.Last week I had a little more running around with her, could that have thrown the schedule?
3.What if I cannot get her to go back down for a nap, can I pick her up and keep activity low key? My shh/patting doesn't seem to work, can I try pu/pd or is it too soon?
Sorry there are so many questions, I am just puzzled and tired
