Yeah, personally I'm a big fan of the 8:00 start if it works for your life.  ;D  I'm glad to hear that nights are improving so much though! It's fairly common to straighten out nights and then have nap issues, and then it all gets squared away.  ::)  Annoying but that's how it seems to go sometimes.

BTW, your DS is so cute!

Thank you, I think so too  ;D  ;D

Ok, she's gone back to multiple night wakings.  Her mornings get all messed up because she's only sleeping about 6-8 hours a night (not consecutively).  she'll wake up for about an hour long period at some point dring the night, but never at the same time two nights in a row.  Another problem has been that she is waking up after only 30-40 minutes of her going down for the night.  I've tried W2S but it didn't work it just prolonged her wking by a couple minutes.  As far as her night wakings, the only way I can usually get her to go back to sleep is by feeding her... but 2-3 feedings between 12a and 8am is just not right.  She doesn't even eat that often during the day.  I'm so confused.

It sounds like she has probably developed a suck/feed to sleep association.  :(  How much does she eat? Full feeds that often at night?

the first one is usually a full feed and the others are probably just half feeds... the paci just doesn't cut it for her like it used to.  What do I do?

I'd say my biggest confusion right now isn't even the late night wakings... The thing that puzzles me the most is that she is going to bed around 7:30 because she just can't keep her eyes open any longer, but then she's waking up 30 min. later, happy as a lark (as long as I hold her), and then she goes back to sleep an hour or two later.  I've never heard of this happening.  Do I just roll with it?

Thanks again.

For the feeds, I would suggest weaning them. If you BF you can offer less minutes every few days, or bottle feeding you can offer less oz or try the water down method.

When you tried wake to sleep, how long did you do it for?

I would not suggest rolling with the waking 30 minutes later thing because that will let her know that it's ok. The best thing to do would be to resettle her with pat/shhh or PU/PD if necessary.
