50 gr rice
600ml milk
1 tbs caster sugar ( optional)
1/2 tsp vanilla essence
this is an excellent recipe! put all ingredients in deep saucepan, bring to boil then reduce heat and cover with a lid and let simmer for 35 mins stirring occasionaly until the consistency is one of a pudding.
dont be fooled by the quatitites, the rice absorbs all the milk and it all becomes well puddy
you can add chopped fruits or dried fruits to th emix while cooking, it will give a natural sweetness
