Plenty of sleep.
Nap drop is awful for people who like routine - LOs and parents alike. But it does take a bit of winging it.
Hope the night goes well x

I'd let her have a full nap but honestly it's anyone's guess. I found the 1-0 nap drop to be the most 'individual' drop of them all with each LO doing it their own way and mums just doing their best hoping they were helping in the right way.

This is going pear shaped. When she's not refusing naps she's only doing short naps 45-1hr15min but still taking ages to go to sleep at BT regardless of pd. It's driving me crazy!  This is our last few days

Yest

Wu 6.00
Nap 12.45-2
Bt 7.25

Today

Wu 5.55
Nap 12.40-1.25
Bt 7.05

Is there any quick way to end this misery of the 1-0? The only time she's gone straight to sleep at BT has been on nnds...I thought she would be asleep quickly today but nope still took 45min! I am going insane here!

How is she on a NND? And have you done more than 1 in a week? or 2 consecutive?
I'm asking because if she can handle it it may be better to just go for it, stop offering and do EBT every night, I found with DS he needs regular routine to enable him to extend his nights so might do an EBT on a tired day (or the 2 NNDs we tried) but doesn't fully extend his night sleep until it is the every day routine.  I couldn't do that with him though as he was an utter mess on 1 NND, a danger to himself which is why I only tried twice.
Or just start BT later and acept it's a later BT and shorter night but avoid going through the 45 mins of frustrating PD?

Sun 6.45-5.30 few nws
Mon 6, nap 12.45-2, BT 7.25
Tues 5.55, nap 12.40-1.25, BT 7.05

How was her mood on the NNDs?
Honestly I'm scared of suggesting just going for total nap drop because my DS was such a mess on a NND, still has a scar right across his forehead from falling over from tiredness around 4/4.30pm - but then I don't remember seeing any threads with similar so perhaps he was the only one got in such a mess from no nap.
Looking at the times though it seems she gets more sleep in 24hrs from NNDs than from nap days, would you agree?

Oh dear your poor ds! She was actually not too bad. The only way i knew the nnds affected her was due to the nws...but her days were only 11h ish so i guess nnd would depend on wu...idt I would dare do a 5pm BT :-/

I'm pretty sure I've done 5pm BT. Perhaps not the first NND, but the second and subsequent may need that for a bit.  Depends if you manage to organise such an early BT too. Do you need her up early or would she be able to extend in the morning too?

I could organise a 5pm bt and nope she doesn't need to wake early...so how long do u suggest nnds are in the beginning? I remember reading a while back 10.5h days and i *think* mamma mia was doing 10h days for ages!

Most of what I've seen (but take my advice with a pinch of salt won't you!) ends up being somethign like night sleep plus nap sleep equals new night length so
night + nap = new night
10hr 30 night + 1hr 15 to 2hr nap = 11hr 45 to 12hr 30

But - I think your DD was doing more like 13hr total not so long ago is that right? I'm going on memory as my internet connection is so bad atm I daren't try to flick through the thread.  Something like 11.5hr night plus 2hr nap?
And her night on the NNDs has been roughly 13 hrs, so I'd make sure she can get a full 13hrs night.

My DS went to 12hr nights, it wasn't until illness and his 3rd birthday development leap and GS all together that he went to 13hrs and that seemed permanent but turned out not to be, he went back to 12hrs. Try not to go too much on what other's LOs have done but look more at how much your LO needs and which time of day it's needed. For instance if she tacks better at the beginning of the night or end of the night or both to ensure she really has a chance to sleep as much as she needs.  I wouldn't make her day too short or there's a risk of morning WU getting earlier which is why I suggest aiming for a 13hr night.
