Some babies can go without a night feed, like 8 hours or a touch more, at four months.  Some babies really need a night feed till six months and maybe later.    It sounds like you may be on your way to ending night feeds.  I would certainly give  him one night feed and keep in mind that there might be a spurt here or there when he will need two.

Are you clustering?  What does your typical day look like?

Yeah, I know, still waiting for the spurt to come along, I know he'll be a hungry guy.
3 Days ago I switched to 4/hr easy, just cause he wasn't hungry at the 3 hr mark anymore...
and now he eats way better. Ever since I've switched, he's only been waking once at night.
I feed him and he goes back to sleep. He's taking in more during the df too, which is a big improvement, usually it's a full feed. (fingers crossed it stays like that)
Here's the "new" schedule

E 8am feed (this is the one he's doesn't take much at) 3oz
A diaper change, excersises, and playing
S 1.5 - 2hrs

E 12pm  5-6oz
A same
S 1.5-2hrs

E 4pm 5-7oz
A Same as above
S Cat nap between 5-6 for 30min - 45min

E 7pm 6-7oz
A bath, massage
S 8pm sleeping

DF: 10.45 5-7oz

Wake: between 3-4am
