Hey

IIWM I'd try and keep the nap the same and BT 6-6/30 depending on nap lenght. If however you think that she will get OT perpetuating the ew then I'd nap half an hour earlier and BT 6-6.30 depending on nap lenght

we always keep nap the same even with EWings but like Hena says we do an earlier BT when needed. Good luck!

Thanks for replying girls! she ended up going back to sleep after i cuddled her for ages ::) is there some weird SA thing at 25mo? Shes been taking ages to settle at bt too which i.thought was ot but  over last two nights i gave longer cuddles at bt and she went straight to sleep rather than 30-45 mins!

She woke herself at 7.30, nap 1.35-3 unsettled tho so will aim for 7pm bt and keep fingers xd!

That's good... Hit everything crossed xx

You know I think there is something around this age. Becky. Do you remember R and M both around this time has some crazy sleep shenanigans and Aishi you were there lending support!! Funny how it all come around eh!??!

Anyway, I would stick with it Hon and yes I am going to say it, stick with you routine as closely as your LO will allow and lots of cuddles to get through. The rest you can fix later. I she needs you right now be there but be aware her  cottoning and playing you. Or is that just my monkey  ::)

Good luck x

Ok im back. Shes stopped having bt and nap time shenanigans but still getting nws and another ew today at 5.30 >:( shes been chattering since then. Is this ut or dev? Easy yesterday

Wu 6.45
nap 1-3
bt 7.30 (pd 7) took longer to sleep than usual 10 mins

She doesnt seem to like bt later than 7.15 so should i cap nap to 1.5/1.75 to maintain this bt?

Thoughts?

See I would say that your day looked good but I do recall reducing R's nap to 1h 45m at around 26/27m so maybe worth a shot. I'd nap 1.15-3pm and keep BT the same and see what that brings.

What do you think?

Wont the day become really long if nap is 1.15 and bt 7 since she was.up at 5.30?

im a bit wary bout capping cos she doesnt like it and shes only 25mo. Thought 2h was a good nap at this age? Guess im going to have to try something :-/

Agree with Hena. Keep the nap the same time and allow 2 hours today with same BT but maybe think about capping by 15 mins if it continues....

Thanks for the vibes! night wasnt too bad only two nws...wu was 6.55 :D

Can i pick ur brains? Set nap is 1 which comes to 6h15min a, 1h45-2.5hr nap depending on night length and 4hr a to bt (6.30/7). Dyt ews could be cos am a needs to be longer since yesterday it was 7+ (obv too long but maybe 6.5h?)

so

wu 6.55
nap 1.20-3
bt 7/7.15

wdyt?

Just trying to remember how we did at 2 yo: I remember that 2 yo was when I was starting capping the nap at 1.45 h. And our night was 11 h (sttn), so before 2 yo we had a 13 h day with 2-2.5 h nap, while after 2 we had the same 13 h day with 1.45 h nap. Just to say, it is not unusual needing to cap after 2 yo.
