Hello
My lo has been on easy since day one, however the bedtime routine has become later and later, so basically she goes to bed at either 10 or 10.30pm when we go to bed, and gets up at 10am,, how do I change this and bring it foward? Is it a matter of waking her up earlier? say at 8am and then bringing the whole routine forward and inline with this? or a different way? At first it was because my partner was getting home later from work and wanted to spend some time with dd, but we also need some time together aswell and it makes my day seem very long as there is no Y time.. as I get up when she gets up and I go to bed when she goes to bed,, I need some Y time back of an evening! There are some times when she will go to bed at 8pm and I think that she will stay down for the night, but she will then wake up at 9pmish and stay up till we go to bed.. Any advice would be really appreciated..
Thanks so much

Hi, I guess your lo has just got into a different routine. I think the best way to deal with this is to go slowly and put her down 15 minutes earlier every few days so that she makes a gradual transition. See how it goes, she may simply readjust the time she wakes in the morning, if she doesn't you may have to wake her in the morning in the same way.
