Reflux - Foods to avoid?

What foods would you suggest avoiding for almost 9 mos. old with suspected reflux?  Is on solids and breastmilk?

Food Group Foods To Avoid
Fruit • Orange juice
• Lemon
• Lemonade
• Grapefruit juice
• Cranberry juice
• Tomato
Vegetables • Mashed potatoes
• French fries
• Onion, raw
Meat • Ground beef, chuck
• Marbled sirloin
• Chicken nuggets
• Buffalo wings
Dairy • Sour cream
• Milk shake
• Ice cream
• Cottage cheese, regular
Grains • Macaroni and cheese
• Spaghetti with sauce
Beverages • Liquor
• Wine
• Coffee, decaffeinated or regular
• Tea, decaffeinated or regular
Fats / Oils • Salad dressing, creamy
• Salad dressing, oil & vinegar
Sweets / Desserts • Butter cookie, high-fat
• Brownie
• Chocolate
• Doughnut
• Corn chips
• Potato chips, regular
these are the foods we were advised against. obviously you can't avoid them all , you may find you're lo tolerates some of them without problems. fruit is our worst problem.

i know you're 9 month old is not going to drink coffee and chew on a sirloin, i thought i would write them all as mums with older babies might read this post , also breast feeding mum's

Since we are including the older set, carbonated anything.  Spicy Italian got me more than once.   ;)

Apples too are quite acidic and caused probs for my refluxer. Tomatoes succesfully introduced in pasta sauce at about 13 months.
