Mashi, maybe I'll go and get some right now!  Can't be a bad time to start reliving a pleasurable part of my childhood :)

It's the only thing that got me through the first three months, seriously! I think it was about all I had in my tummy many days, a mug for breakfast (I was shattered anyway so who knew the difference) and a mug before bed. DH would make dinner and Id stare at it and push it away and make an Ovaltine!  At least 2 mugs kept a few hundred calories in me and loads of calcium and vitamins! I feel like the UK version had 100% of the required folate but the jar I have here is only 45% - could be that it is more fortified in the UK or maybe I am remembering wrong, not sure, but I know it is a good source especially if you are struggling to keep food in!

Thanks Mashi!  No problems keeping food in, MW just says I need to eat more (I thought I was eating normally, but am apparently starving myself!)  Ovaltine may well be the way forward! :)
