Thanks so much everyone. It's confusing because when we put him to sleep later, he wakes early. If we put him to sleep earlier, he wakes early as well. I think I'll see if I can do his bathtime later, and cut out that first nap...then phase 2 will be to do a WI/WO in the morn.
