It's taking Carmela at least 1.5 hours to fall asleep at nap IF she falls asleep at all. She is just about 22 months old. Right now her schedule is:
6:15-6:45 up
12:30 nap
7:15 bedtime
Bedtime is better. It takes her about 45 minutes to fall asleep.
I am wondering if I should push her nap to 1:15 to see if she will fall asleep faster. At this point, if she goes to sleep at 2, she's up at 3:30-4. Otherwise she doesn't fall asleep at all and I pay for it all night long!
I was wondering if this happened to anyone else and if pushing the nap time back helped. We did push it back over the week to 1:00 p.m. but she still fought it. The thing is I do think she's tired when I put her in. She is rubbing her eyes, though she's not acting cranky yet.....suggestions?
For those of you that had to push back nap time, did you have to push back bedtime also...if so, how far back? I love our early bedtime
