A times
« on: April 08, 2014, 21:04:52 pm »
Hello
My daughter is 4 month olds , adjusted age 11 weeks. She was nearly 6 weeks prem. we have successfully sleep trained following a stomach illness and she is all better now and sleeping independently :) I'm just trying to figure out her A times since she is a notorious 30 minute napper!
My son did the same thing  and nothing I did ever changed it until her outgrew it himself but I was just curious as to whether I should base her a times on actual age or adjusted age? What are your thoughts?
Many thanks
Sophie

I would initially base on adjusted age. I know a couple of babies IRL who were early, they sleep like they are much younger than their age.  EASY is always adapted to LOs needs though so really it's whatever suits, don't be too focused on age and guide A times.
