Feeding for bedtime...

Hi,
My 4 mos daughter going to bed around 8.30pm. Her bedtime routine includes massage, then bath then story time, cuddling and off to sleep. Problem is she gets too sleepy that she couldnt even finish her bottle and starts get drowsy... Should i feed her before bath ... Recommendations...

Tracy always recommended feeding before the bath as it helps to create a good separation between the E and the S. It also helps keep them dry all night if the LO can have a pee and/or poo just before that last nappy goes on before BT. It will also mean you can brush her teeth after her last bottle without her being too sleepy, once she has teeth of course.
I know some mamas feed their LO half the bottle before the bath and half after it if they are worried the LO will be hungry at night if the last bottle is too long before BT.

Hopefully some others will pop on with their ideas of what they do as well.

And I am going to move this to the EASY board as it is more routine related  than sleep related and hopefully you wil get some more relevant eyes on it over there.
