Share your 12 month old EASY
« on: November 06, 2013, 22:40:33 pm »
Hi all-
Our daughter is almost one year old (Yeah!) and I am just wondering what other people's EASY schedules look like.  I am still BF'ing and would like to only do BF'ing when she wakes in the AM and goes to bed for the night after she turns one.  That being said, I'd love to see when people are doing their meals and how/when they incorporate the milk into the mix.  Additionally, I was hoping to see when naps are.  Thanks in advance!

This is her EASY now:

WU-6/6:30am
BF-6:30am
Breakfast-8am
Nap-9:30am-10:30/11am
Lunch-11:30/12pm
BF/or BM bottle mixed with whole milk (when I am at work part-time)-1pm
Nap-2:30/3pm-3:30/4pm
Snack-4/4:30pm (currently a small sippy of BM mixed with whole milk)
Dinner-5:30/6pm
BF-7:15pm
BT-7:30

There are some links that might be helpful: chronological EASY samples, 10-12 months
From 2 to 1 nap transition (10-12m and older)
I would think she might get a bit better sleep during the day if you gradually increase A times and start shortening one of the naps.
