Why I am so happy to be breastfeeding!

It is nice to post in a celebration thread.
I have had la very challenging BF experience... Tongue tie, numerous trips to Dr. Newman's BF clinic, desperate calls to my local Le leche league.
But I have made it to 6 months of EBF. I am so proud! When feeds are rough I think of all that me and my LO have been through and accomplished and makes me smile.
It also helps to think of all those positive health benefits for my LO and myself.
A message to those who are struggling but really hope to continue. Take it one day at a time and each day is an accomplishment.
My next goal to 1 year (when I go back to work) and maybe beyond.
