Hi all, we are well underway the 3-2 transition and if we are home we can get 2 good naps in the cot between 1.5/2 hours. DS2 is 6.5 months.
I'm torn though, yesterday for example was:
WU 6.10
Nap 9.10-10.35
Nap 1.35-3.15
BT 6.15 (fell asleep on bottle) normally self settles
NF 1am
WU 5.20
I know not technically EW with BT early but bit early to start day, tried apop and maybe got 10 mins from 5.50-6am.
So if I do EBT it seems he's stopped tacking on but if I do CN he wouldn't take one till 5.30pm ish then BT would be nearer 8pm but he still wakes around 6/6.15 (this was day before)
I honestly can't remember what I did with DS1 I'm thinking I just rode out EW and pushed A times but any suggestions welcome.

That's what we did. He never started tacking on sleep until we were well into just one nap and it was a set time regardless of wake up. I think it's up to you whatever you can deal with. I.e. later BT but normal wake up or Early wake up w/o CN. You'll eventually have to get rid of that CN though and push those A times so it might be easier if they can deal with OT to just push the A times and maybe throw in a CN every once in a while to ward of OT.

I think I'd prefer EBT never been one for kids up late ha ha x

^ same here. Some days both kids are in bed by 630. :)

Ha ha same here although DS1 tends to be a bit later now but he's nice a quiet x

Just push the A times to balance the day out for 2 naps. Easy said, I know ;).
Super early EBTs just lead to EWs at this age really - too many chances to catch up anyway yk?

Thanks Liz it's hard when they just nod off lol! Thankfully yesterday naps were later so he's still asleep now x
