Hi,

Any ideas on how to serve tofu and with what?  Do I just cook and mash/puree it??

TIA

tofu itself has very little taste. You can try frying it in a little olive oil and adding it to a sauce like you would chunks of meat. If you whip it up with fruit it turns into a good non dairy smoothie - dd loves it with bananas and strawberries. You can just give it to your LO in chunks as finger food but that's not very inspiring
