Thanks for helping. IT IS driving me crazy, especially seeing I feel like I'm locked away with her throughout the day, trying to get her to nap. It's tricky with three other little people to look after.
My ideal wake up for the day would be around 7. Ideal BT 6.30 or even 7.30pm.
She has NEVER slept through the night and has only woken once a night a handful of times. In general if she wakes around 10.30/11, I feed, but after that I usually resettle without a feed (Except for last night...oops!)
Yesterday's routine
6.30am (miracle in its self, usually wakes at 5).
10.30 - offered nap, played in crib for a while then wanted to get up
11.45 napped, although needed to help to fall asleep because overtired.
12.45 - woke unhappy but, happy the rest of the day
3.30, didn't seem tired, offered a nap. No go - couldn't settle.
4.30 nap offered. Couldn't get to sleep.
5.15 - sleep signs. Breastfed in the playroom to keep awake
6pm bed. Went to sleep easily
8pm - woke, resettled with help
11pm - woke, fed to sleep
4am - woke and feed
5am, woke, tried to resettle, couldn't. Fed, dozed on breast.
6am awake
The day before
5.30 woke for the day
9.30 nap offered. Not tired enough
10.30 - napped
11.30 woke
Never seemed tired but nap refused at 2.30, 3.30.
I got home late 6.30 BT
woke 2hrly from 10.30pm
