Title: website not responding ***Logged***

lately most times i try come on the site i get the message "website not responding" then when i do finally get on the site , as i move from post to post i get the same ! it's running really slow. is it AOL (aohell) or is it the site ?

It's the server, we have notified Andy to get him to have a look at it :)
