Haven't tried Lily, haven't seen them here at all:(
I have Johnson's at the moment and they are much better than the ones I had before that leaked.

They are these silicone pads that put gentle pressure on your boobs to prevent leaking.

A friend of mine who had this problem told me she uses thick sanitary pads and cuts them up to fit into her bra.  She says they are much more absorbent than nursing pads.  I like Lansinoh and have not had a problem with them leaking.  I actually stopped leaking around 4/5 months with both kids.
