15mo suddenly EW

Hello,
I'm a bit confused, so I would appreciate any help.
My son used to wake up at 7/7:30, then nap at 12:30 for 2-3hrs and BT at 8pm.
3 weeks ago I came back to work, I have to wake up at 6:40. For the first week he was waking up at his 7:30, but then for the last 2 weeks he has been waking up at 6:40 (it's impossible for him to hear me), today he even woke up at 6:( It wouldn't be that bad, because I'm awake anyway , but the problem starts during weekends or days when I can sleep longer, I'm simply tired. Is it possible that he somehow "feels" that I'm awake? What can I do to encourage him to sleep longer?
He's still having a nap at 12;30 for about 2, sometimes 3 hrs nad BT at 8.

Please, I would appreciate any advice!
Best regards,
Hania

I have a 13 month old and she always seemz to stir when DH or I get up even though she has white noise in her room...thing is the few times I have been in her room when DH is getting up you can hear him - not loudly but feel the vibration of his footsteps on the floor, the dogs going in and out etc. So he might be hearing you (plus kids have way better hearing than adults). You could try W2S I suppose...I doubt capping the nap at this age would be the answer (has he always been on the higher end for sleep?).
