Do I change teat size when my LO has a cold?

My LO started coughing badly last night  :'( Do I change teat size? She is using Avent #4 at the moment... should I move down to #3 ?

I wouldn't change anything unless she is showing signs that she can't handle the faster flow.  When my LO wakes for a night feed, she sometimes wants to drink slower, and her nipple size is too much, then I change it for her, but I always offer her current size first.

Thanks Maggie... she couldn't handle #4 in the beginning.... it's better now. Thanks anyways. ;)
