My LO is 13 mnths old and I am concerned he doesn't eat enough- his weight is fine and a happy boy.
Typical day:
Bottle : 8oz ff
Breakfast: muesli + banana purée
Snacks : Cheerios and raisins
Lunch : beef and potatoes+ fruit purée + youghurt
Dinner: either pasta and a sauce proper dinner or toast bits+ a pudding
BT bottle: 8 oz
We are trying to encourage finger food so he can have a lighter evening meal but not sure whether I should stick to 2 hot meals.
He isn't keen on finger food that isn't crisps so we are really pushing him with finger food although it tends to end up on the floor!!
+ about to cut back bottle quantities I think

I think that's key - if his weight is fine and he's happy then he's eating enough!
Looking at your day it looks good to me - I don't think my two were eating that well at that age (not every day anyway ;)).

Thank you- I am really keen to increase the finger foods he eats- is the key to just keep offering it?
-
Yes- just keep offering a variety of things, he'll get there!

Lol! Don't hold your breath on that one - I still could do with a dog after meals and mine are 3 and 5.5!
