Hello, my almost 6 MO used to follow this schedule.
WU - 7-8 AM
E - 7-8
A - 7-9
S - 9-10:30
E - 11:00
A - 11-1
S - 1-3
E - 3:00
A - 3-5
S - 5-6 (sometimes I would have to wake her up)
BT - 7.
Now she is taking shorter naps
1st nap is usually 9-10
2nd nap is 12-1
3rd nap is 3-4.
Should i increase her wake times?

In a word, yes you need to increase the A times when they start short napping like this. From 5-6mo they increase their A time pretty rapidly in preparation for the 3-2 transition which I'll post a link about.
I'd add on 15mins to the first 2 A times only, hold for a couple of days and see if that helps. The last nap, once she starts napping longer will gradually phase out, so it's ok if that's shorter. Hth xx
