I don't think I've ever seen anything like that! Are you making a day's worth of formula up in advance?  In the UK our scoops are 30ml/1oz for 1 scoop.

Yup, from what I am told you can make the formula up for 24 hours in fridge, Health Canada and the  World Health Organization have come up with what they think is the safe way to make formula which is to use boiled water that is between 90 and 70 degrees then make bottles with powder, put in ice bath, then fridge and use within 24 hours so I am making a one day batch each morning.

I have read too that if you make feeds in advance to make sure it goes to the back of the fridge not the door as the temp is colder/ more stable there!

Thats right,  we even set are fridge at a colder temp then it was pre baby bottles.  I bf at first but just had to wean him (not gaining any weight) so now its a whole new world of bottles, and formula and keeping things cold and bacteria growing free!

60 mls is 2 ounces, so if your bottles have ounce markings, then it is just double the water to scoops...

So
1 scoop = 2 ounces water (60 ml)
2 scoops = 4 ounces water (120ml)
3 scoops = 6 ounces (180 ml)
4 scoops = 8 oz (240 ml)
5 scoops = 10 oz (300ml)
6 scoops = 12 oz (360 ml)
7 scoops = 14 oz (420 ml)

etc

Add the water to the bottle/jug first because once the water and powder is mixed together there will be more total liquid in the bottle and so is not accurate if you add the scoops of formula first and then the water.

You can also do one unpacked level cup (100g)  to 23 oz. of water. This will give you about 26oz. of formula.
