Title: 1 yr old nap problems

Hi all could someone explain the walk in walk out method im hearing so much about little one it 1yr and i have to lay on bed with her everynap time to get her to sleep then put her in crib if i js lay her in crib she will scream the house down eventully go to sleep but it takes ages any ideas ?
