Hmmmmmmmmm, I need some advice please.
We are heading off on a mini break tomorrow for 4 nights and I have 2 wee issues with DS sleeping in an adult bed for the first time, he currently sleeps in a toddler bed little tykes Thomas the Tank engine, so it's low and pretty much impossible to fall out of.
My two concerns are - the height of the bed, should I take the mattress off and put it on the floor? And he's never slept in any room other than his own (won't ::) even sleep in our bed, even when ill). I'm taking his balamory bed covers, night light etc to try to make things familiar but does anyone have any other advice/experience of trying to get their LO to sleep in a strange place/bed? We're going to a centre parcs so the plan would be to run him ragged during the day so he is exhausted at night ???
Any advice gratefully received.

hey hun!
we've just been away and thomas has always slept in a cot, didnt even consider the bed issue but when we got there it was an adult bed for him but they put a rail up for him so he couldnt fall out. I think center parcs prob would have toddler rails but if not can u buy a babydan to take along?
I took nightlight, bed covers, lovie, pacis, few toys and books to make him feel at home, he was totally fine,
HTH :-*

Hay babe,
That's a good point about the rail and as you say they'll surely have things down there, I'll ask when I check in.
That's fab that Thomas was fine when you were away, here's hoping Robbie will be too ;).
Hope you had a fab holiday yourself and got a chance to chill as I intend too :-*
Cheers,
