My LO is 8.5 month. She's been breastfed and we introduced solid starting from seven month or so; now she takes 3 solid meals every day. Starting from two or three days ago, she started to have problem in breastfeeding. She does not seem to be interested; no matter how much I tried, she takes one side only each time and keeps pulling away.
Her EASY is:
7:30am BF
9:00am solid (2 TBL spoons cereal + egg yolk)
10:00-11:30am nap
11:30 BF
1:00 solid (2 TBL spoons cereal+ sweet potato)
2:30-4:00pm nap
4:30pm BF
6:00pm solid (2 TBL spoons cereal + egg yolk)
7:30pm BF/Sleep
10:30pm DF
What's going wrong? Too much solids? (I have not increased the amount and have even tried to reduce the amount a bit for the last two days.) Why is she having less interest in breastmilk? Time to wean her DF?
Any suggestion is welcome and greatly appreciated!!!

Have you tried moving the BFs a bit closer to the solids, so that she nurses, then has solids within about 30-60 min? That way, it'll leave more time between that solid feed and the next bf - she might be hungrier for it.

Thanks Erin! I have started moving the solids earlier so that they are at 1 hour after the BFs. Things did improve a bit!
