I use firefox and IE, all my caches and temp internet files have been deleted (and are each time I end my session). 2 weeks ago I had a hard time with the PM box, figured out it was the mass email that was sent to everyone. I deleted all my PM's (which took forever because each time I clicked the screen, the program would stop responding) and the problem seemed to disappear. Today I log in, can't load the site again - I try to open in IE and go to my PM box.... All the messages I deleted are back, inculding the mass email.
I can't open the box enough to delete anything and I don't really have time to be messing with it everyday.
Just wanted someone to know incase it's happening to anyone else. Good luck!

Zoey, are you still having this problem?

I can navigate the site now, but I can't enter my PM box at all or it crashes. I know the mass email and all the others I've deleted are all back in there - but I can't get in there to delete them again.

There are two ways I can clear your pm's for you, one is to log in to your account, which is going to require a huge amount of trust on your part, and a password change afterwards. The other option would mean a little bit of work behind the scenes that would mean that all your pm's would be permanently deleted. Let me know if you would like to try either of them :)

I trust you, and which ever choice that requires the least amount of time and effort on your part is fine with me. :)

Zoey, my apologies, I've had a busy few days, I will try and get to this in the next 24hrs. I'll try the second option first as that's the one that should have the least disturbance on your end :)

OK, do a cookie and cache clear out. Close all open instances of your browsers, wait a few seconds and then re-open them, and let me know if the issue is fixed please :)

Woo Hooo!
It still crashed Firefox, but I was able to get in and delete the mass email through IE :) Now everything is working well, thanks a million Gareth!

Glad to help, just let me know if it re-occurs :)
