Ideas? Well, plugged duct, bad latch, infection of some kind (tho I don't know what ::)) Does it hurt? Swollen? Red?
I got a perfectly straight row of them with J, and it was from a slightly-off latch. I had them for a week-ish. They didn't hurt yet, but probably would have. And the "plugged duct" idea... sometimes, especially in the beginning, it seemed as though there was literally some dried milk "stuck" for lack of a better term. It didn't hurt, either, and with a bit of working was able to remove them.

Sounds like a bleb?
If it's been there a couple of weeks without major problem it's probably coming and going during a feed:

You aren't describing discomfort so whether you want to 'pop' it is a judgement call. Thrush can very occasionally have a white spot associated with it (normally red/ Shiny/ flakey) but you aren't describing that either.

I've had this on and off since Ellie was born. It's gone at the moment.

Thanks everyone.
Its not actually painful so as long as no one thinks it a problem I think I'll just ignore it.
