Title: 11mo refusing bottle/sippy
Post by: BugsMama on September 02, 2008, 02:53:15 am
DS is 11 mo, We are starting Mother's Day Out and he will miss 1-2 of his usual nursing times.  For the past 3 weeks he has completely refused to take pumped milk from a bottle or sippy or *anything*. Just wants me.

How can I get him to take pumped milk...or *any* kind of milk from a bottle or sippy again?  I'm okay with trying goat's milk, formula, ect but the few times I've offered those he has refused.

I've also left bottles & sippy's of milk for other people to give him, he still refuses (and is miserable) until I pick him up hours later.

Not sure if this relates but he's been teething lately, just popped out a "first molar" and I'm assuming there are more coming soon.

If he's taken a bottle/sippy in the past, then I'm hinging my bets on the teeth making him more miserable & therefore 'clingy' in every sense.

Sorry got no solutions.  Just big ((((Hugs)))) as I know LO's not eating can be stressful.   :(
