Title: Apparently I'm struck with the "locking boards" hex too!

Dunno if the "forum Gods" can open this one, but it appears that I've also been struck with the curse of locking boards.
Is it possible that the internet provider that Mimi & I use is a potential reason for the issue?   ???
It's the only common denominator I can think of.
