At 3, M was sleeping 7pm-7am (we woke her at 7am) and napping 12.30-2.30 (we woke her at 2.30 to keep bedtime reasonable).  That was more than most of her friends, though - I think the average nap was in the 1h15-1h30 range and nights were probably nearer 11.5h than 12.

At 3 Masyn was sleeping a 12 hour night from 7-7 (I think!) and not napping at all, besides the occaisonal snooze if we knew she would be up later than usual.  I think by 3 Spencer will be doing a 12 h night (7:30 -7:30) and no more than a 30-45 min nap if that.

No nap, but a 12.5-13.5hr night - unless OT

Hayden sleeps from 7 to 6:15 ish and has a 45 minute nap that we are working on cutting out due to some ew and bedtime resistance. It looks like she's somewhat low sleep needs according to this?

I don't think that's unusual.

tbh I'm really surprised that he's dropped his nap already, he has never really been low sleep needs. Even during (LONG) bad patches when he wasn't sleeping enough, I knew he needed more. He tries really, really hard to nap when I put him down, but he just can't. I need to get a bit more of a strategy for quiet time, it's not working for us really right now. He doesn't like the stories CD I got him  ::) and declines to listen to music either  ::) ::)

Nicole, Stan was doing 10.5-11.5hr nights when he was napping. Soon as he dropped the nap (I had been capping it for a while), his nights went long again.
