My little Eva is 8 months and 3 weeks
So my story is after dummy weening, hip dysplacia and reflux, we thought we had come out of the other end and got some good naps and sleeping 7am-7pm ... it was like heaven for the past 2 months :D Now since new years eve with have multipul night wakings, at first I though it may be a phase but now 3 weeks tomorrow it's still happening :'( She wakes up screaming at random points through the night, the cry is like a frigtened/scared cry. She is often ending up in my bed with hubby on sofa as I feel so tired, I can work out why she is waking, no teeth have arrived yet and I think she may be teething but don't think this is the cause of the NW, I have tried giving her pain meds before bed and made no difference. When she cries in the night I can't settle her in the cot, she will only stop crying if I pick her up, and whan I pick her up she kind of holds onto my dressing gown. I have tried to leave her to cry for a couple of mins but it gets worst and strangly enough when I go into her room she cries EVEN more!! :-\
I did PU/PD with the dummy and I don't think she cried like this, really don't know what to do, was just hoping it was a phase that would improve but it isn't : ;)(
Oh she is screaming/crying now whilst I type, hubby has picked her up and she has stopped, shall we do PU/PD? I am at a loss!

Hi there, you give pain meds at bedtime but what time is she waking? Could you post your whole day for us. Is she showing signs of SA during the day?

She is awake crying as I type, been crying on and off since 10pm tonight has been the wost so far. Always had a good easy. I was just thinking could this at all be an allergy? She keep passing wind and them crying. She wakes at different times. I just a feeling there us more to this. I have tried given her pain meds before bed and then another dose in the night made no difference to nw.

My 6.5 month old has been doing the same thing. I'm trying to see if she's reacting to some solid food I'm giving her. I'm also trying to go dairy-free and see if that helps. I hope someone has some more ideas!
