Hello,
I was wondering if I could get some advice.. I think I have multiple problems though.
First off here is our easy routine from the last week
6:00-6:30am- Wake up chatting and talking
7:00am- Morning feed. (5-6 onz)
7:15- playtime
8:00- Breakfast. Fruit, oatmeal, rice crackers and puffs
9:30-Nap- 1 1/2 hours
11:00- Bottle ( 5-6 onz) & Play time
12:00- Lunch Fruit and veggies if I can get him to eat them. (Rice crackers and puffs)
2:00- Nap. 1 1/2 hours ( sometimes this will be a fight and he will try to be awake till 330 like today)
5:30- Dinner and bath time routine
8:00 bed time
I am having trouble
1) Getting him to eat solids that are not fruit. He does not like any protein (chicken, turkey, eggs) even if I mask it in something else
2) He wakes up between 1-4 for a nighttime feed and will eat 8-10 onz!!!
3) He is waking up earlier and earlier. 6am today. I have a renter who lives directly under him and he is LOUD so i end up having to get him out of his crib. He used to sleep till 7 or 730 but he does not do that anymore.
4) He fights ALL of his naps and will stand up in his crib over and over. I just go in and put him down each time.
I dont know if maybe he isnt getting enough food during the day, or he needs to eat more solids.
ANY advice would help Im so sleep deprived its not great.
Thanks

Hi...
I'm no expert, I'm still trying to get my 9 month old to sleep though the night....however, having said that, in response to #2, I think there is some value in saying that it MAY be a growth spurt, especially since he's eating quite a bit. Tracy says that if you suspect a growth spurt you should add an ounce to each bottle throughout the day.
hopefully others have more advice for the rest...i'm new at this, lol

Ugh... I would like to say that it is just a growth spurt but he has always cranked back a whole bottle at night and I have a really hard time getting him to eat during the day!!
