Title: 4 month baby waking early at 3.30 in the morning...

Hi,
I have been using w2sleep fie my 4 mos daugter for her naps to extend. Naps r going good but her nights r getting messy. She is waking up at 3.30 in morning and not sleeping after that. M so exhausted plz help...

Here is her easy...

Wake up: 7am
E: 7
A: 7.30-8.30
S: 9-10.15
E: 10.30
A: 11-11.45
S: 12-1.30
E: 1.45
A: 2-2.45
S: 3-4.15
E: 4.30
A: 4.50- 5.45
S: 6- 6.30 (catnap)
Bedtime at 8-8.30
Sleep at 9

not better... she is back to her catnaps and i am unable to extend her naps whatever i do... we are almost paci free this is good news...
