OK, my 9 month old is now waking between 5am-5.15am everyday!! I have changed his sleeps from 2 naps to 3 (dropped catnap) to see if this would help, it didn't!!
I tried to make the room darker, it didn't!
I've tried to fill him up more with food, it made no difference!
has he just got into the habit?
Anyone with a similar story??? ::)

Yes - there are lots of us that went through this! There's a thread about success stories with a gro light clock - I think its on the sleep board. Sorry I can't do links. Its the only thing that worked for us and even that took a few months.
Have you tried wake to sleep? Wat does your EASY look like?

I am in the same boat, tried many things. I have been reading many threads on here and it would seem 5am is the magic time for all babies to wake !
Will keep trying different things but am running out of new things to try, I just hope everynight that he will sleep one extra hour !

The Gro Clock is for older Los. At 9 months, your LO wouldn’t understand that the sun means to get up and moon stay in bed.
Can you post your routine so we can have a look?
