Hi there. My 1 month old won't sleep more than 2 hours in a row at night. It's driving me crazy. He has slept 3 hours in a row maybe a few times, but otherwise his sleep does not last longer than 2 hours. I feel like I'm going crazy over this. What to do? We pat him, use the paci, he falls back asleep for a few minutes, then he's crying again. I feed him about every 3 hours during the day, he is swaddled, we have tried sleeping him in bouncy seats, bassinets, with us. We are at our wit's end. What to do?
Typical (good) day:
E 6:30 am
S 7:30-9:30
E 9:30 am
S 10:30-12
E 12:30
S 1:30- 3:30
E 3:30
S catnaps
E 5:30
S cat naps
E 7:45
S 9 - 11 - husband tries to hold off with paci after wakes for feed
E 11:30 - Husband feeds expressed bottle, takes 4 oz, takes forever!
Then he's up around 2:30 for another feed, then usually again at 5 or so or more often
He is breastfed, over 10 lbs, lots and lots of poops and wets all day long.
HELP!

((HUGS))) I think your LO is so young and this is common. I understand how tiring it is. Can you try feeding more often during the day to see if it eliminates NFs?

Sending you hugs and sleep vibes! I agree with the previous post to try and up the feedings during the day to help a bit.
Another thing to consider is are you rushing in? My 3 month old is a VERY noisy sleeper much more than I remember my first son being. I was finding myself jumping up and feeding and realized after a few nibbles that he wasnt even actually awake but I was half asleep and thought he was. Just a thought. I know it's hard but it will get better!
