Title: In bed by 8pm but awake for the day at 6.30am. 10 months old.
Post by: Jem88 on December 08, 2011, 08:10:04 am
My LO has always been a bad sleeper, only sleeping 3 hours in a row then maybe waking every 2 and waking 4-5 times a night. But the night before last, she woke around 3 times, but just kind of shouted out, i didn't have to go to her. Lastnight she only woke twice which was great.

Yesterdays routine was:

She woke at 6.00am but we didn't get up for the day until 7.00am.
9.30am - nap. A time 3hrs 30mins.
10.50am - awake.
2.50pm - nap. A time 4 hours.
4.10pm - awake.
8.10pm - asleep. A time 4 hours.

She then woke at 1.00am, 5.00am, and then was up for the day at 6.30am.
Shes normally in bed 11.5 - 12 hours at night.

Does she maybe need 4 hour a time before first nap? x

I think it looks like you are hitting the 2-1 Jem88 ;)
Have a look at these links and let me know what you think, then we can come up with a plan :)

PS your LOs routine is pretty good for a 10month old, I think your nights are short due to the 2-1 coming up....this age is a killer for naps/sleep sometimes!
