Hi,
I am new to BW. My DD is 6,5 mo. Her NW was driving me crazy, she woke up sometimes up to 8 times/night (even though co-sleeping) and her naps were no longer than 30 minutes. I got the book BW solves all your probs and it opened my eyes. It turned out that unfortunatelly I am the best example of an accidental parent:(
So 5 days ago I introduced a 4hr EASY and she is doing fine (it is amazing how easily problems can be sorted out), her naps got longer(the first 1,45, still working on the second) but totally don't know what to do with the nights.
Her BT is 7.30 and up to 11 (when I DF her) she wakes 2 or 3 times and I am able to shh/pat her but round 11 ( sometimes B4 DF and sometimes after, so I don't think DF causes the problem) she wakes up happy and ready to play. After an hour or so I have to repeat the BT routine and she sleeps till 7 AM. Of course I am very happy even with this b/c yet a week ago the situation was dramatic but I am just afraid to make more mistakes:( My DH suggests PU/PD, but she does'nt cry.

she woke up at 10.30 so I fed her and she talked to herself and played with the ribbons by her cot ( she will always find sth to play with) went down at 0.15 but only after BT routine.
I have been also working on getting rid of DF by slowly cutting down on the amount of formula

Any ideas why she wakes at night? it seems to me taht she traets it as another nap and I can't figure out why? I must do something wrong but don't know what. Could anybody suggest me something?
