Basically I'm not sure how to get 20oz milk (inc use in food) and 3 meals into her now she'ss on one nap...this is what I've been trying over last two days...
Wu 7
7.30 breakfast 5.5oz milk in readybrek (if I try am bottle she only takes 3oz)
10.45 snack 8oz milk (I was doin early lunch but she was waking early from nap with dirty diaper)
Nap 11.30-2.30
2.30 lunch
5 tea
6.15 6oz milk (will take between 4-6)
BT 6.30/7 depending on nap length
So my main concern is that feeds in pm are all clustered and if she does long nap and has lunch at 2.30 it's a tight fit or if needs SEBT due to crappy nap I struggle to fit tea and bottle in. Should I just skip tea those days and do a bigger lunch, snack and 8oz BT bottle??
No rush for a reply :) nothing is changing here o/n xx

Just another question I've thought of...when u drop down to 12oz per day at 1yo is it a gradual decrease or cold turkey?

Aishi, I am going to move you to FF, ok?

Ok thanks xx

She's so close to 1 I wouldn't worry about it too much to be honest. You can increase the dairy in her solids, offer cheese yoghurt etc. I don't think there's any need to skip tea if you are doing an early bedtime. I think as her first A extends and the nap gets a bit later it will work itself out.

Agree with Laura - no need to worry about the milk really. I would offer a yogurt with her breakfast or as her morning snack... add some cheese in for a PM snack..
The other thing you could start doing is offering milk/formula in a sippy with her meals :)

Thanks ladies. I just find I struggle to fit it all in cos she's on one nap which is 2.5-3h long. Shes having milk in sippy but doesnt drink much...
Once she's one do I drop to 12oz milk all at once or gradually? At least then ill be able to fit all in...xx

You can do either really - it's up to you and how you think your LO will cope!
Keep offering the milk in a sippy, they don't tend to take much at first, but they do generally get the hang of it!

Just having a think about this one...
I am sure I did second bottle before nap and then lunch of solids when she woke up (we had 3 hr naps too!). I found that she was far too tired to have a solids meal just before her nap so she did much better having milk then.
