Title: Trying to get 4.5 month old to take a bottle

Just wondering if anyone has any experience with getting a 4.5 month old to take a bottle? It seems to me that she wants it - she opens her mouth for it - but she just doesn't seem to know what to do with it. She knows there is milk in there as I have been dropping it into her mouth. She just chews the teat a bit and then it comes out, but she is not complaining. Have tried Breastflow, Avent, Tommee Tippee and the NUK latex teat bottles.
