Title: Avatar pic displaying sideways or upside down

I've got a new avatar pic but I can't make it display the right way up - one of them shows sideways and the other shows upside down - any ideas how I can fix it?  Thanks

What are you viewing it on? I tight be how your device is displaying the page rather than the avatar itself. Your current avatar is the right way round. Or did you mean another one?

It's another one - the pic is the right way up on my phone when I select it but then goes either sideways or upside down ( depending which pic it is!) when I update my profile.

My phone does that on facebook...my work around is to crop the pic (even if I only make it marginally smaller) and the cropped one works fine. No idea why though! What type of phone do you have?

It's an iPhone - guess I will just have to get the laptop out - was just trying to do it quickly on my phone!
